Welcome, I’m Penny.
I’m a Certified Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner and Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, and I help women understand what their body has been trying to tell them.

Step 1: Initial Consultation
Every journey begins with a conversation.
During your 60-minute consultation, we’ll discuss your current symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals, and the challenges that have brought you here. This is your opportunity to share your story while I begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to how you’re feeling.
By the end of our consultation, you’ll have a better understanding of your health and whether we’re the right fit to work together.
Step 2: Personalized Strategy Session
Once I’ve reviewed your consultation notes, health history, and assessments, we’ll meet again to build your personalized wellness strategy.
Together we’ll discuss:
- The potential root causes behind your symptoms
- Your body’s biggest priorities
- Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
- Nervous system support
- Initial supplement recommendations (when appropriate)
- Simple, sustainable action steps
You’ll leave this session with clarity and confidence instead of information overload.
Step 3: Timeline Session
Your body didn’t develop symptoms overnight, and true healing begins by understanding the journey that brought you here.
During our Timeline Session, we’ll walk through the significant events of your life—from childhood to today—to uncover how stress, trauma, illnesses, medications, environmental exposures, hormone changes, emotional events, and lifestyle patterns may have influenced your health.
This is often where everything starts to connect.
Understanding your timeline allows us to stop chasing symptoms and begin addressing the underlying patterns that have shaped your health over time.

Following these foundational sessions, we’ll continue working together through one of my 3-, 6-, or 9-month coaching experiences.
Together we’ll:
